About Jared S
Jared S Brewer trained on the Midwest and the East Coast before settling into practice in Maine. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, completing his undergraduate studies in 2001. He later attended The George Washington University Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2012.
After law school, Brewer joined Schneider & Brewer Lawyers at Law in 2012. He has remained with that firm since then. His early years at the firm involved courtroom work and client counseling, and his role grew as he took on a broader mix of matters handled by the office.
Brewer is admitted to practice in Maine and holds membership in the United States Supreme Court Bar, a credential he acquired in 2016. He also belongs to the Waterville Bar Association, joining that organization in 2013. Those memberships reflect his active participation in the state and federal bar communities.
Colleagues describe Brewer as steady and practical in the courtroom. He has handled cases that required appearances in state courts and filings that implicate federal procedure. His admission to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar means he can file matters on behalf of clients at the highest federal level, although public records do not indicate routine argument there.
Within the office, Brewer balances litigation duties with client intake and file management. He is often the point person when a matter requires coordination between local counsel and outside specialists. That role has kept him engaged across a variety of civil matters that come through the firm.
Outside of court and client meetings, Brewer stays involved in the local legal community through the Waterville Bar Association. He maintains an active bar presence and participates in professional activities that support attorneys in the region.
He continues to practice at Schneider & Brewer, based in Maine, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar. His current work centers on representing clients in matters arising in Maine and handling filings that may reach federal venues.
