About Jared E.

Jared E. Holland earned a B.A. in political science from Arizona State University in 2001 and returned to ASU to complete his J.D. in 2007. His academic path included concentrated study of law and politics, and it steered him into both practice and teaching early on. He kept one foot in the classroom after graduation, stepping into higher education as an adjunct in business law.

Soon after earning his law degree, Holland joined the State Bar of Arizona in 2007 and became active in the Coconino County Bar Association the same year. He taught business law at Northern Arizona University in 2011, splitting his time between students and clients. The teaching role informed his practical work by keeping him engaged with current business principles and legal developments.

In 2012 he helped launch Holland Law Group, PLLC, where he serves as a founding partner. Building a firm from the ground up required handling everything from client intake to case strategy and office management. That experience shaped how he advises clients and how the firm organizes its legal services.

Holland holds a Licensed Fiduciary credential issued by the Supreme Court of Arizona. That license qualifies him to serve in court-appointed fiduciary roles and to oversee certain estate and guardianship matters. It adds a regulatory dimension to his practice and permits him to accept appointments that require formal fiduciary authority.

Colleagues and clients see a practitioner who bridges academic training and courtroom work. Holland’s background in business law and his fiduciary licensing create a practical overlap; he advises on transactional questions and handles administrative responsibilities when estates or guardianships require formal oversight. He maintains active memberships in the State Bar of Arizona and the Coconino County Bar Association, ties that keep him plugged into local legal developments and professional networks.

He remains based at Holland Law Group, PLLC, where he continues to manage client matters and the firm’s daily operations. His practice focuses on fiduciary and business law matters.
