About Jared Dale
Jared Dale Vaughn began a career that moves between hands-on supervision, sales and the law. He combines those practical experiences with legal training, and has maintained a steady presence in his home state of Alabama since founding his own practice.
Vaughn earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Jacksonville State University after beginning studies in 2000 and completing the B.A. in 2004. He then attended Birmingham School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctorate in 2009.
Before entering the legal profession, Vaughn worked in operations and sales. In 2002 he served as an operations supervisor at FedEx Freight. That role put him on the warehouse floor and in charge of daily logistics and staff oversight. He later moved into sales, joining AT&T in 2006, a position that involved direct client contact and business development responsibilities. Those years in operations and sales helped shape his practical approach to client service and case management.
After receiving his law degree, Vaughn launched his own firm in 2009 under the name Jared Vaughn, Lawyer at Law. He has operated the practice since then, managing the responsibilities that come with running a small legal office. His work includes client intake, case strategy, and day-to-day administration of the firm.
Vaughn holds certification as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Administrative Office of Courts. That credential has involved representing the interests of children and vulnerable parties in court proceedings when appointed. Beyond courtroom work, he has taken an active role in the local community. Since 2009 he has served as vice president of the Gadsden Public Library Foundation, a post he continues to hold. Through that role he has engaged with local institutions and community programming.
