Jan Andrei Kopczynski is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kopczynski earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. During his time at UC San Diego, he graduated magna cum laude, indicating high academic achievement.
Mr. Kopczynski concentrates his practice in the areas of construction litigation, real estate law, and business litigation. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a partner at Berding & Weil LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate and construction law, from 1995 to 2011.
Mr. Kopczynski is an active member of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He has been recognized by his peers, being selected to Super Lawyers from 2014 to 2026, an honor awarded to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area effectively.
