About Jameson
Jameson Pasek built the foundations of his legal career in New England. He completed his undergraduate studies at Assumption College, earning a B.A. in Political Science and in Law & Economics. He then earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where he developed the courtroom skills and legal writing experience that would shape his early practice.
After law school Pasek moved into private practice. In 2020 he joined McGlinchey Stafford PLLC. That role placed him in a firm environment that handles civil litigation across multiple forums. He gained experience working on matters that required familiarity with both state and federal procedures.
Pasek is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and to several federal courts. His credentials include admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Those admissions allow him to take cases beyond the state trial level and to appear in appellate and bankruptcy proceedings when needed.
Outside the office he remains connected to the legal community. He is a current member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. He also maintains ties to his alma mater through the New England Law | Boston Alumni Association. Those memberships reflect a continuing interest in professional development and peer networks rather than a public leadership profile.
Colleagues describe Pasek as methodical in case preparation and direct in court pleadings. He has built practice competence in handling matters that require appearances in Massachusetts state courts and in federal forums, including bankruptcy proceedings and appeals in the First Circuit. He has not been publicly credited with landmark opinions or widely published scholarship, but he has been active in routine and complex litigation matters handled by his firm.
Pasek remains based at McGlinchey Stafford PLLC. He continues to handle litigation in Massachusetts state and federal courts and to represent clients in district, bankruptcy, and appellate filings as part of his practice.
