About James Ryan
James Ryan Daley built the foundation for a legal career early. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Northern Michigan University in 2000. He then entered Syracuse University College of Law and received his J.D. in 2003. While still a student, he spent time in a hands-on role as a legal intern at Casselman & Kangas, P.C. in 1999, an experience that preceded his transition from classroom to courtroom.
After law school he moved into public service. In 2003 he joined the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district lawyer. That post gave him regular exposure to courtroom work and case handling under the pressures of a busy public office. He later shifted to private practice. In 2006 he became an associate at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, where he worked on matters typical of a regional firm and gained experience advising clients outside the prosecutorial context.
Daley has maintained ties to the local legal community. He is a member of the Onondaga Bar Association and remains active in county-level professional circles. The record shows ongoing involvement in bar activities dating back to the early years of his career. He is licensed to practice in New York and has combined public and private roles across his professional life.
Today he practices at Team Green Lawyers, PLLC. The listing of offices associates him with that firm, where he continues to represent clients and handle litigation and related tasks that take him into New York courtrooms. His background includes both government service and firm-side practice, which informs how he approaches client matters.
Colleagues and clients who work with him see an attorney who moves between case preparation and advocacy with equal comfort. He draws on experience gained in an assistant district lawyer role and years in private practice. He now practices at Team Green Lawyers, PLLC, representing clients in New York courts and advising them on legal matters.
