About Jaime Koziol
Jaime Koziol Delaney built her legal foundation in Chicago and Miami. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 2008 and a J.D. from DePaul College of Law in 2011. Those years set the pace for a courtroom-oriented practice and a steady involvement in continuing legal education.
After law school she joined Levin & Perconti, where she rose to partner. Her work at the firm has involved courtroom preparation, motion practice and jury trials. Colleagues describe her as practical in approach and persistent in litigation, balancing careful case assessment with readiness to try matters before a jury.
Delaney is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is an active member of the Illinois bar. She holds a faculty membership in the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education and participates in programs designed for practicing lawyers. Teaching and presenting at CLE events has become a recurring part of her professional life, reflecting an interest in procedural and trial skills training.
Her professional associations include current memberships in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, where she is active in the Young Lawyers’ Division, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association. Those memberships keep her connected to peers and developments in litigation practice, and they provide regular opportunities for case law updates and collaborative problem solving.
At Levin & Perconti she handles civil litigation on behalf of clients in the firm’s trial practice. Her responsibilities extend from early case evaluation to trial preparation, discovery strategy and courtroom advocacy. She often manages complex evidentiary issues and works with experts to build cases that proceed to resolution or trial.
Outside the courtroom she spends time on continuing legal education and bar association activities. She is known for a methodical approach to casework and for emphasizing clear communication with clients. Her practice remains anchored in courtroom litigation and legal education work.
She is currently a partner at Levin & Perconti and focuses her practice on trial litigation and related civil matters.
