About Jaime

Jaime Kissinger earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in 2015 after completing an undergraduate degree in business administration at the same university in 2010. She returned to her hometown region to build a practice that reflects those academic roots. The combination of business training and legal study shaped how she approaches casework early on.

After law school, Kissinger began working in California and became involved in local bar communities. She holds memberships in the Sacramento County Bar Association (since 2016) and the Contra Costa County Bar Association (since 2018). Those memberships placed her among peers handling family and civil matters across two populous legal markets in the state.

Kissinger’s name is attached to Kissinger Family Law, where she serves as a principal lawyer. She has steered clients through family law disputes, handling the procedural and practical tasks that these cases require. Her office handles hearings, settlement negotiations and case management. She represents clients in and out of court and coordinates with guardianship services, financial professionals and other specialists when cases require it.

Colleagues describe Kissinger as practical and thorough in preparing cases. She tends to break complex situations into discrete problems, then address each one. That method applies in parenting matters, asset division and support calculations. Court filings and client meetings are conducted with an eye toward timelines and evidentiary requirements. That attention matters in family law, where schedules and documentation shape outcomes.

Kissinger also invests time in bar association events and local legal education programs. Participation in these organizations has let her stay current on changing family law rules and local judicial practices. It has also given her a network of referral contacts across Northern California.

Outside the office she keeps ties to the University of the Pacific community that trained her. Alumni events and legal panels are regular parts of her calendar. She balances casework with continuing legal education and periodic speaking engagements to other lawyers and community groups.

She is licensed to practice law in California and practices under the banner of Kissinger Family Law. Her current practice concentrates on family law matters including divorce, child custody and support, and related family court issues.
