About Jacqueline Bowden
Jacqueline Bowden Gold built the roadmap to a legal career through two Florida institutions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 2009 and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013. Those years set the stage for a practice rooted in the state.
After law school, Gold entered private practice and rose to partnership at Rarick, Beskin & Bowden Gold, P.A. She is a partner at the firm and works alongside other litigators in its offices. Her professional life has been shaped by courtroom procedure and appellate filings, particularly in the Florida courts and in matters that reach the Federal Circuit.
Gold holds admission to practice in Florida and before the Federal Circuit. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and maintains an active role in the professional community there. Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and direct in oral argument. She favors clarity in briefs and a steady pace at trial.
Her caseload reflects the procedural range common to a busy state practice that also carries federal appellate responsibilities. At the firm she handles matters that require early motion practice, discovery management, and preparation for appeals. That combination means frequent interaction with trial judges, clerks, and appellate panels. She has worked on cases that moved from local dockets to higher review, requiring shifts in strategy and emphasis.
In addition to client work, Gold contributes to the internal practice of her firm. She coordinates filings and supervises junior attorneys on complex procedural issues. She also liaises with experts and manages the logistics of multi-jurisdictional matters. Those tasks keep her engaged with both the legal and administrative sides of litigation.
Outside the office, her background ties her to the Florida legal community through alumni networks and bar activities. She keeps up with developments in state and federal practice, attending seminars and staying current on changes to rules and precedent.
