About Jacob A.

Jacob A. Horn earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017. He attended law school after completing undergraduate studies and finished his legal education in Memphis, where he engaged in classroom study and the practical training typical of the school's curriculum.

After law school, Horn established his practice in Tennessee. He is licensed to practice in the state and maintains current membership in the State Bar of Tennessee. Since entering practice he has worked on matters that arise under Tennessee law and has represented clients in state-level proceedings.

Horn's approach to cases is straightforward. He emphasizes clear communication and practical options. He aims to give clients understandable advice about processes, timelines and potential outcomes. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing filings and thoughtful when writing legal arguments.

He practices from The Horn Law Office, PLLC. The office handles client matters from initial consultation through resolution. Horn manages case intake, directs legal strategy and oversees client communications. He balances courtroom work with the written work that underpins most legal cases, including motions, briefs and settlement documents.

Outside of casework, Horn keeps an active connection to the broader legal community through his continuing membership in the State Bar of Tennessee. That membership provides access to professional resources, ethics guidance and local practice updates. He continues to develop his practice in Tennessee.

He currently practices at The Horn Law Office, PLLC, handling legal matters for clients across Tennessee.
