About Isabela

Isabela Bacidore earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2020 after completing a B.A. at Miami University of Ohio in 2017. She arrived at law school after a traditional undergraduate trajectory and finished her legal training in Chicago, where she remained to begin her legal career. Her law school years included study of litigation-related subjects and practical training common to Chicago-Kent’s curriculum.

After law school, Bacidore joined Levin & Perconti as an associate. In that role she handles the day-to-day tasks common to a litigation practice: drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research, and preparing cases for trial. Colleagues describe her work as steady and attentive to detail, focused on moving matters forward through each phase of litigation.

Bacidore is admitted to practice in Illinois. She maintains memberships in a number of professional organizations: the American Association for Justice, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Women’s Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect an interest in trial advocacy, continuing legal education, and peer engagement. She participates in association programming and attends seminars related to litigation and trial practice.

Her courtroom experience has grown since joining the firm. She assists on jury and bench trials and works alongside more senior litigators on pretrial strategy. A substantial portion of her time is spent on client-facing tasks: interviewing witnesses, preparing affidavits, and coordinating with experts. Those responsibilities give her regular exposure to the procedural and evidentiary issues that shape civil litigation outcomes.

Outside of firm duties, Bacidore has maintained ties to legal education and professional development events through the bar and trial lawyer groups she belongs to. She has used those forums to refine practical skills and to stay current on changes in Illinois civil procedure and trial practice. Her practice is carried out from the firm’s Illinois offices where she handles litigation matters for clients represented by Levin & Perconti.

She focuses her practice on litigation at Levin & Perconti in Illinois.
