About Isaac
Isaac Falusi earned his law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2005 after completing a bachelor’s degree in computer science and information systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1998. His undergraduate training in technology and subsequent legal education have given him a foundation that blends technical literacy with litigation training. The sequence of degrees maps a path from quantitative study to legal practice over a span of years marked by both domestic and international exposures.
Early in his legal career he took a position as a legal officer intern in 2008 at the Office of the Prosecutor for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. That placement placed him inside a large international tribunal and its prosecutorial work, exposing him to complex procedural and evidentiary issues that arise in transnational criminal matters. The following year he joined Taiwo & Associates, PC as an associate lawyer, handling matters assigned by the firm and gaining day-to-day experience in client representation and case preparation.
The mix of an international tribunal internship and private-practice experience helped shape his approach to cases and clients. He has worked on matters that required close attention to procedural detail, drafting, and courtroom advocacy. Colleagues and observers note that his background in information systems has informed how he handles document review and case organization, especially where voluminous or technical records are concerned.
Falusi later established his own practice, Falusi Law Group, where he has continued to handle a range of matters for clients in Massachusetts. Running a smaller firm required shifting from the narrower role of associate to broader responsibilities: managing cases from intake through resolution, supervising support staff, and maintaining client communications. That managerial experience complements his earlier public-international work and private-firm training.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He operates from Falusi Law Group and conducts work suited to those jurisdictions. His current practice is based in Massachusetts and includes litigation and appellate matters in state and federal forums, including appearances before the First Circuit.
