About Irwin
Irwin Pollack began his path to the law with an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, completed in 1982. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law. Those studies provided the foundation for a career spent practicing in New England.
After law school Pollack entered private practice and eventually founded Pollack Law Group, P.C. He established the firm to provide legal services across state lines. Over time he built the practice around hands-on client work and the daily demands of running a law office.
Pollack is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He maintains active memberships in the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in both state courts and to colleagues across the region.
At the firm he handles client matters that require attention in state courts and administrative forums. His role requires managing filings, advising clients on procedural issues, and negotiating on their behalf when appropriate. He works directly with clients and collaborates with other attorneys when cases call for multiple perspectives.
Running a small firm means balancing casework with office operations. Pollack oversees the practice’s day-to-day work and remains involved in case strategy. He meets with clients, prepares filings, and coordinates the team handling matters at different stages of litigation or transaction.
Outside of client work, Pollack’s ongoing memberships in local bar associations reflect a steady engagement with the legal communities in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He attends meetings and takes part in professional discussions that shape practice standards and courtroom procedure in both jurisdictions.
As of 2026 he practices at Pollack Law Group, P.C., and his current practice focuses on matters arising in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
