About Irvin Henry
Irvin Henry Philpot is a personal injury attorney based in Greenville, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the College of Charleston in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1986. Philpot is licensed to practice law in all South Carolina state and federal courts.
In 1987, he joined the Philpot Law Firm, PA, a family-owned practice established in 1990. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Philpot has been recognized by Greenville Business Magazine as one of the "Legal Elite of the Upstate of South Carolina." Philpot is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association.
He has also served as the Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ). He resides in the North Greenville area with his wife, Paula. They have seven children who live in the Greenville area and throughout the southeast.
