Imtiaz A Siddiqui built his legal foundation at Tulane University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2003 after beginning his studies in 2000. He left law school equipped for courtroom practice and the litigation demands of state and federal systems. The academic years in New Orleans shaped his approach to evidence and procedure.
He moved into practice in the early 2000s. Over time he gained admission in multiple jurisdictions, including the Louisiana bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the New York bar. Those credentials allowed him to appear in state courts and in federal appellate proceedings. The mix of state and federal admissions reflects a career that spans regional and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Siddiqui’s work has centered on client representation before trial and appellate tribunals. He has handled filings, oral argument, and court strategy. He serves as the managing lawyer at IAS LAW LLC. In that role he oversees casework and the day-to-day operations of a small firm.
