About Ile
Ile Adaramola is an attorney licensed in both Maryland and North Carolina. She earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006 and completed her J.D. at North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. Those academic steps set the stage for a career that has moved between litigation, trust work and private practice.
She began her post-law school career as a litigation lawyer at Tower Legal Services in 2011. That role placed her in day-to-day courtroom and client-facing work. In 2013 she shifted into trust and wealth management as a trust officer at U.S. Trust, Bank of America’s Private Wealth Management Company. The trust position exposed her to fiduciary issues, estate-related concerns and the administrative side of client asset management.
In 2014 she opened her own firm and became managing partner of Adaramola Law Office, PLLC. Running a small firm required a different skill set. She oversees case intake, client counseling and firm operations. The move also allowed her to combine earlier litigation experience with the trustee and wealth-management perspective she gained at U.S. Trust.
Outside of private practice she has maintained steady pro bono and community involvement. Since 2014 she has served as a literacy tutor for the Literacy Council of Buncombe County and acted as a pro bono lawyer through Pisgah Legal Services’ Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyers program. She is a member of the 28th Judicial Bar Association and holds memberships in both the North Carolina Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar, listings that reflect her multi-jurisdictional practice.
Colleagues and clients describe her work as matter-of-fact and attentive. Her background spans courtroom litigation and the administrative demands of trust management. That combination informs how she evaluates risk for clients and structures legal solutions. She also brings experience managing a law office, which shapes how she coordinates staffing and client service.
Ile Adaramola continues to practice from Adaramola Law Office, PLLC, handling matters that draw on her litigation and trust-related experience across North Carolina and Maryland. Her current practice concentrates on litigation and trust-related matters in those jurisdictions.
