Tassone earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology after completing a B.A. at DePaul University. He completed his formal legal education in Illinois and has maintained professional ties in both Illinois and Florida. His academic background combined urban legal training with a Midwestern undergraduate education, grounding him in the procedural aspects of litigation and dispute management.
He began his career in private practice and later served as a judge, a role reflected in the honorific he continues to use. That experience shaped his view of case resolution.
