About Holly B.

Holly B. Cline earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2017. She completed a three-year legal curriculum at Pettit College of Law and joined the Ohio legal community after graduation. Her law school training provided the foundation she uses in daily practice.

After completing law school, Cline entered practice in Ohio. She is licensed to practice in the state and handles matters arising in Ohio courts and administrative forums. Early in her career she built experience managing client files, drafting pleadings, and appearing in hearings. Those early years gave her practical courtroom experience as well as familiarity with procedural and substantive state law issues.

Cline maintains current professional memberships. She engages with colleagues across the state through those memberships and through local bar activities. That ongoing interaction keeps her aware of changes in Ohio law and in court procedure. It also offers opportunities to consult with other attorneys on complex questions and to stay current on appellate decisions that affect trial-level practice.

Her approach to representation is straightforward. She aims to explain legal options in clear terms and to set realistic expectations about timing and possible outcomes. In client meetings she prioritizes listening first, then mapping out the next steps. On behalf of clients she handles case preparation, negotiates when appropriate, and presents arguments in hearings and trials when necessary. She balances attention to legal detail with practical considerations such as cost and scheduling.

Cline’s practice is anchored in the laws and courts of Ohio. She handles disputes and counseling that arise under state law and appears in state trial and administrative settings as required. She currently focuses her practice on representing clients in matters governed by Ohio law and advising individuals and businesses on state-level legal issues.
