About Haily
Haily Kolberg earned her undergraduate degree at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and went on to receive a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her academic path combined a liberal arts education and professional legal training. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and has continued her career in that state.
Kolberg's time at Virginia Tech provided a broad undergraduate foundation. At the University of Florida Levin College of Law she completed the core legal curriculum required of all law students. That training sharpened skills in legal research and writing and introduced the procedural and doctrinal foundations of American law.
After law school Kolberg built a practice in Colorado. Her work has been grounded in the procedural realities of state practice: preparing pleadings, advising clients on legal options, and appearing in hearings when necessary. She practices under Colorado's licensing rules and engages with the state's courts and regulatory processes.
Kolberg's approach to cases reflects the practical demands of everyday legal work. She frames issues plainly for clients and aims to present options in a way they can use. She draws on her classroom instruction and on-the-job experience to execute tasks common to many practices: drafting documents, conducting discovery, and coordinating with opposing counsel and tribunals.
Outside the office she participates in professional activities that are typical of practicing attorneys in Colorado. Those routines keep her current with procedural changes, statutory updates, and the local rules that shape litigation calendars and filings. Colleagues and clients see the work that goes into managing case load and meeting deadlines.
Her career trajectory is straightforward: a liberal arts degree, the law degree from UF Levin, bar admission in Colorado, and practice in the state. She currently maintains a legal practice based in Colorado, handling matters in state courts and before administrative agencies.
