Mr. Mailly concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor law, contracts and agreements, and civil litigation. He represents senior executives and other employees, negotiating employment agreements and handling disputes related to workplace issues. Mr. Mailly is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Mailly is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
