During his time at the University of Texas, he was involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in the field of law.
Mr. Mailly concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor law, contracts and agreements, and civil litigation. He represents senior executives and other employees, negotiating employment agreements and handling disputes related to workplace issues. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Costa Mesa for five years.
Mr. Mailly is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Mailly is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
