About Gregory J.

Gregory J. Pascale combines courtroom experience and community involvement into a steady professional presence in Pennsylvania law. He has been active in local bar organizations and youth sports groups for decades, a pattern that mirrors a practice rooted in both legal procedure and local ties.

Pascale earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from American University in 1982. He stayed in Washington to attend American University Washington College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1985. Those years grounded him in both the analytical and procedural aspects of law. They also set the stage for a practice that spans state and federal forums.

Over the years Pascale secured admissions to multiple courts. They include the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for both the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania state courts. Those credentials allow him to represent clients in bankruptcy matters and federal litigation across much of the Commonwealth.

His career record includes work at Needle Law Office. That role places him in a small-firm environment where case work and client contact often fall to the same person. He has served in bar leadership positions, including roles in the Lackawanna Bar Association where he was a past president and past president of its Young Lawyers Division. He has also held a seat on the board of governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and maintains memberships in both the Pennsylvania State Bar and the American Bar Association. These activities reflect an ongoing engagement with the profession’s institutions.

Outside the courtroom Pascale has taken on a number of community roles. He has served as President and Treasurer of the Abington Skate Association, Inc., and as Vice-President of the Comet Takedown Club. He is involved in youth soccer as a travel coach and board member of Abington Soccer Club and belongs to Friends of Abington Soccer. He has also been associated with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, serving as an exalted ruler in the past. These commitments have run alongside his legal work and given him a visible presence in the communities he serves.

He currently practices at Needle Law Office, handling matters in Pennsylvania state courts and before the federal and bankruptcy courts to which he is admitted.
