About Katie
Katie Nealon earned her J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2013 after completing a B.A. at Wilkes University in 2010. Her legal training came at a time when courts were adapting to new procedural trends and shifting caseloads. She entered the profession with a recent law degree and a clear interest in courtroom work.
Her early post-law school career included a role as an associate at Munley Law in 2014. That position placed her in a litigation environment where case preparation and courtroom presence mattered every day. Colleagues from that period recall long hours researching case law and drafting filings, steady work that shaped her practical approach to handling matters.
Nealon is admitted to practice in several jurisdictions. Her admissions include the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those credentials allow her to take on matters in both state and federal courts and to appear on appeal when necessary.
She operates across a number of Pennsylvania locations. Her ties extend to offices in Scranton, Allentown, Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Stroudsburg, Carbondale and Pittsburgh. That geographic reach reflects a practice that often requires coordination among clients, local counsel and court staff in multiple venues.
Throughout her work, Nealon has been involved in litigation tasks that range from drafting pleadings to managing discovery and preparing witnesses for trial. She has handled procedural motions and briefed issues for hearing in both trial courts and appellate settings. Her practice reflects attention to detail and an emphasis on clear legal writing, skills she developed during and after law school.
Outside of casework, she maintains professional memberships and keeps current on procedural developments affecting the courts where she appears. She stays engaged through association activities and continuing legal education. Her current practice focuses on litigation in state and federal courts across the jurisdictions where she is admitted.
