Gregg Steven Garfinkel is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Garfinkel is a partner at Stone | Dean LLP, a law firm located in Woodland Hills, California. He has been practicing law for over 35 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Garfinkel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. He then pursued his Juris Doctor degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in 1991. During his time at McGeorge, he focused on business litigation and transportation law, areas that have become central to his legal practice.

Mr. Garfinkel concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, business litigation, and professional liability defense. He represents clients in matters involving interstate and intrastate transportation litigation, employment law, and business disputes. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Garfinkel has handled cases in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2005 to 2017 and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a frequent lecturer at loss prevention seminars, offering insights on current issues and legal developments in the transportation and logistics industry.

Mr. Garfinkel is an active member of the California State Bar and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. He is fluent in English and enjoys baseball and saltwater fishing with his two sons.
