About Gregg Howard
Gregg Howard Salka earned his law degree at Columbia Law, a credential that would shape the contours of a career spent practicing across three Northeastern jurisdictions. He arrived in practice after completing a rigorous legal education. The Columbia name opened doors, but Salka built his practice one case and one client at a time.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Those admissions have allowed him to handle matters that cross state lines and to represent clients in varied forums. Salka has maintained an active presence in bar and professional groups since the early years of his career. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 2007 and has held another longstanding professional membership since 2008. He joined the National Employment Lawyers Association in 2016, a move that placed him among attorneys who regularly address workplace-related disputes.
Salka’s career path has led him into private practice. He founded and operates Salka Law LLC, where he manages the daily work of a small firm and oversees client matters. The firm’s structure allows him to combine direct client contact with the administrative responsibilities of running an office. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparation; clients see an attorney who attends to the practical details that often determine outcomes.
Outside the courtroom, Salka’s memberships have kept him connected to professional developments. Participation in the New Jersey State Bar puts him in contact with statewide legal trends, while his involvement with the National Employment Lawyers Association connects him to peers who focus on employment issues. The additional membership he has held since 2008 reflects a pattern of ongoing professional engagement and continuing legal learning.
Today Salka practices from Salka Law LLC and serves clients in the three states to which he is admitted. He divides his time between case work, client counseling and managing the practice. His current work centers on legal matters that arise in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
