About Grant D
Grant D. Gilmore built a path to law that began in the classroom and led to a small, self-run practice. He earned a B.S. from the University of Utah in 2005. Eight years later he completed a J.D. at Lewis & Clark Law School, graduating in 2013 where he concentrated on business law studies.
Soon after law school he established a one-person firm. The Law Office of Grant D. GIlmore, PLLC is the vehicle for his practice. He is admitted to practice in Utah and has worked from that base since launching his office.
His membership in the National Association of Consumer Advocates dates back to 2014. That association places him in a national network of attorneys who handle consumer-facing matters. Membership has been continuous, providing an ongoing forum for training, case law updates, and peer exchange.
Colleagues and clients describe him as pragmatic in approach. He tends to favor clear agreements and practical resolutions over protracted litigation when those options serve clients’ interests. His background in business law informs how he handles contractual disputes and creditor-related issues. He combines that legal training with hands-on experience running a small practice, which means he also manages the administrative and client-service work that solo practitioners face.
Outside the office he has remained connected to legal education through continuing legal training opportunities. He attends seminars and events that reflect changes in consumer protection law and in rules that affect creditor-debtor relations. That ongoing study shows up in how he advises clients about statutory deadlines and procedural options.
The Law Office of Grant D. GIlmore, PLLC continues to serve individuals in Utah. He maintains a practice that addresses consumer law matters and related business-law issues arising in everyday transactions. His current practice centers on consumer law in Utah.
