About Grace
Grace Starling built a steady legal path from liberal arts classrooms to federal courthouses. She arrived at law school after earning a dual major in economics and art history, and has since moved through several Atlanta-area firms on her way to a downtown practice.
Starling completed her undergraduate studies at Agnes Scott College, where she studied economics and art history. She then earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. Those years combined quantitative training and close textual analysis, which colleagues say inform how she approaches casework.
Her earliest listed post-law school position was as an associate at Barrett & Farahany in 2020. Two years later she took an associate role at Hall & Lampros, LLP. In 2023 she joined Radford Scott LLP as an associate, the firm where she is currently based. The sequence of moves shows steady progression through litigation-focused environments and increasing responsibility on client matters.
Starling is admitted to the Georgia bar and has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2019. She also maintains admissions to the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia. Those federal admissions allow her to appear in trials and hearings across the state’s federal benches.
Throughout her career she has worked on matters heard in multiple Georgia federal districts. Her practice experience reflects time in firms that handle a range of civil litigation, and she has been involved in pretrial preparation, motion practice and court appearances at the trial-court level. Peers note her methodical approach to briefing and her attention to procedural detail.
Outside the office, Starling’s academic background in art history surfaces in her interest in how visual materials and documents become part of evidentiary narratives. Her economics training provides a framework for assessing damages and business disputes. Those complementary perspectives inform how she evaluates cases and prepares testimony.
At Radford Scott LLP she continues to represent clients in both state and federal courts across Georgia. Her current practice centers on litigation and courtroom work in Georgia’s state and federal systems.
