About Glenn Russell
Glenn Russell Jr earned his law degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 1998. He completed his legal education at a time when consumer protections and bankruptcy law were attracting renewed attention, and he entered practice soon after. His academic record established the foundation for a career spent practicing in New England.
He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Early in his career he became involved in local bar organizations. He joined the Massachusetts State Bar and the Boston Bar Association in 2003, affiliating with groups that address a wide range of civil and procedural issues. In 2011 he added membership in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers, a professional organization for attorneys who handle consumer insolvency matters.
In 2007 he took on the role of managing lawyer at Glenn F. Russell, Jr., & Associates, P.C. That position placed him in charge of day-to-day office operations and client matters, overseeing case management and firm administration. The managing lawyer title reflects both a leadership role within the firm and responsibility for guiding client representation.
Across his career he has maintained a practice connected to consumer financial matters and debtor representation, reflecting the subjects emphasized by his professional memberships. Today he continues to handle cases through Glenn F. Russell, Jr. & Associates, P.C. His practice covers consumer bankruptcy and related debtor-side representation in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
