Glen D. Duvel is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Duvel is the owner of Duvel Law, APC., a law firm located at 500 N. State College Blvd., Suite 1100, Orange, CA 92868. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout Orange County and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Duvel earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1994. During his time at Western State, he gained a solid foundation in legal principles, which he has applied throughout his career.
Mr. Duvel concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, employment law, personal injury, and business law/civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving wills, trusts, guardianships, employment disputes, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, and various personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Duvel has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Walter R. Zech, Inc., a firm specializing in high-end personal injury law. He also served as a partner at Duvel & Duvel, Inc., and Geller | Conrad | Duvel, LLP, where he represented clients in business, estate planning, and personal injury matters.
Mr. Duvel is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, where he participates in the Labor & Employment Law Section and the Trusts and Estates Section. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Duvel has been involved in teaching pre-law courses on wills and trusts at Mt. San Antonio College. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Orange County effectively.
