About George
George Aldrich earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He moved into practice in California courts and took the additional step of securing admission to the Ninth Circuit. His legal education set the groundwork for a career spent largely in litigation.
Early in his career Aldrich began appearing in both state and federal forums. He is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions have allowed him to pursue claims and defenses across different procedural settings and to argue appeals when matters progress beyond the trial court.
A long-standing member of the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Aldrich joined that group in 2012 and remains active. That membership ties him to a community of lawyers who focus on consumer rights and class actions, and it keeps him connected to developments in statutory and common-law protections for buyers, borrowers, and other individual plaintiffs.
Aldrich practices under the name G Aldrich Law. Inc. He maintains offices under that firm name and carries out trial and appellate work from that platform. His day-to-day practice involves drafting pleadings, taking depositions, preparing dispositive motions, and presenting oral argument when appellate issues arise. He has worked on cases that required coordination between state procedural rules and federal practice, which can change the strategy a lawyer pursues at each stage of litigation.
Colleagues describe his courtroom style as direct. He tends to prioritize clear, fact-based presentations and prefers to lay out discrete legal issues for judges rather than overcomplicate cases. That approach shapes how he prepares clients and develops case theories. When a case moves toward settlement he evaluates the likely outcomes at trial and at appeal, and he counsels clients on the trade-offs involved in resolving disputes early versus continuing to litigate.
Outside the courtroom Aldrich’s involvement in professional circles has kept him attuned to shifts in consumer protection law and class-action practice. He attends association meetings and participates in discussions that examine recent appellate decisions and legislative changes. He continues to practice through G Aldrich Law. Inc., where he handles consumer protection claims and related litigation matters.
