About Gene J
Gene J Riccoboni built a foundation in business before turning to law. He earned an MBA from Iona College in 1982. Two decades later he returned to full-time study and entered Pace University School of Law in 1997, completing his J.D. in 2000.
Soon after law school he established credentials across several jurisdictions. He holds licenses in New York, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He has been a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Massachusetts State Bar since 2001, and a member of the Connecticut State Bar since 2002. Those memberships have supported a practice that spans state and federal matters in the Northeast and the capital.
Riccoboni’s career reflects steady multistate practice rather than a single office tenure. After receiving his degree in 2000 he began working in roles that required admission in more than one jurisdiction. Over the years he has maintained active bar memberships and met the continuing obligations those memberships require. He has balanced the regulatory and procedural demands that come with practicing in New York, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts and Connecticut.
He keeps professional ties to the communities he serves. He maintains an office in Brewster and manages a caseload that makes use of his multistate licenses. His earlier MBA studies inform a practical approach to legal matters that often intersect with business concerns. He handles filings, advocacy and client advising across the jurisdictions where he is admitted. He maintains an active practice from his Brewster office that handles matters in the jurisdictions where he is licensed.
