Gary Lanson Winter is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006 and holds bar number 244469. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Winter is the managing attorney at Lawvex, Inc., a law firm located at 2565 Alluvial Ave, Suite 202, Clovis, California. He has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout the Central Valley region.

Mr. Winter earned his Juris Doctor degree from the San Joaquin College of Law in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Saint Louis University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics in 1994. During his time at San Joaquin College of Law, he gained practical experience through various internships and clerkships, preparing him for his legal career.

Mr. Winter concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, business law, and real estate law. He assists clients with business succession planning, utilizing trusts and corporations for family businesses such as manufacturing companies, farming operations, and general contractors. His practice encompasses all stages of legal work, including initial case evaluation, negotiations, and drafting of legal documents. He also provides guidance on asset protection strategies and risk mitigation planning.

Throughout his career, Mr. Winter has handled numerous cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Fresno and other jurisdictions within the state. He has also appeared before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth LLP and as a partner at Powell & Pool. His diverse experience has equipped him to handle a wide range of legal matters effectively.

Mr. Winter is an active member of the California State Bar and has been recognized for his contributions to the legal community. He is also a member of the Fresno County Bar Association. In addition to his professional activities, he is involved in community service and has participated in various local organizations. Mr. Winter is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Central Valley effectively.
