About Gary
Gary Green built his legal foundations at Temple University and Villanova Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 1969 and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1972. Those years set the stage for a long career in courtrooms and bar groups.
He began his professional life soon after law school. In 1972 he served as president and attorney at Sidkoff, Pincus & Green P.C. That role has defined much of his time in practice and has kept him involved in trial work and litigation management for decades. He has remained associated with the firm through the years as it handled a steady docket of civil matters.
Mr. Green is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is authorized to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Those admissions reflect courtroom experience at several levels and the procedural work that comes with appeals and federal filings. He has maintained active memberships in several bar groups, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
He also belongs to trial-focused organizations. His memberships in the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America have been listed as in good standing. Those associations connect lawyers engaged in litigation and trials, and they have long been venues for continuing education, collegial exchanges and case development among plaintiffs’ counsel.
Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic. He approaches files with an emphasis on preparation and the mechanics of litigating a case. He has worked on matters that require courtroom presence, pleadings in federal courts and coordination across different stages of litigation. Over the years he has handled discovery disputes, motions practice and trial work in state and federal settings.
Outside the courtroom he has been involved in professional networks that shape practice standards and procedural trends. He has used those affiliations to keep current on developments in litigation tactics and appellate procedure. That engagement has extended into mentoring younger attorneys at his firm and advising on courtroom strategy.
He currently practices at Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, P.C., where his work centers on litigation and trial-related matters.
