About Gary

Gary Brod began his academic path in northeastern Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wilkes University before moving on to Ohio Northern University for his J.D. Those years set a practical tone. He chose law and stayed in the region where he’d spend his career.

He opened The Brod Law Office in 1985. The decision came after early years learning the rhythms of litigation and client work. Running his own firm gave him control over how cases were handled and how clients were served. Over time the practice became known locally as Brod Injury Law Office in its public listings.

Brod has held memberships in several legal organizations for decades. He is an invited member of the American Society of Legal Advocates since 2013. He joined the Berks County Bar Association in 1999. The Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers list him as a member since 1987. He has also been active in the American Association for Justice and LAWPAC since 1986. Those affiliations have kept him connected to developments in trial practice and state-level policy debates.

His courtroom experience grew steadily after he set up his firm. He has combined private practice with steady participation in bar activities. He practices in Pennsylvania and engages regularly with local legal institutions in that state. Cases filed through his office have been handled from initial complaint through resolution, reflecting a practice that centers on client representation at every stage.

Colleagues describe him as familiar with the tactical side of trial work and with the procedural demands of state practice. He has worked on matters that require negotiating with insurers and preparing cases for trial. He has maintained a consistent presence in his community’s legal scene for more than three decades and continues to accept new matters through his firm.

Outside the courtroom he kept a practical approach to managing a small law office. He has overseen daily operations and client intake, and he has adapted to changes in the insurance and civil litigation landscape over time. That steady, practice-oriented approach has defined how his office handles files and communicates with clients.

He currently practices in Pennsylvania and handles personal injury matters through the Brod Injury Law Office.
