About Frederick
Frederick Davis built his legal foundation at Rutgers School of Law–Camden. He entered the program in 2001 and received his J.D. in 2004. Those years shaped his approach to courtroom work and client representation.
After law school he pursued a career that crossed state lines. He is admitted to practice in Texas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania. That multi-jurisdictional reach has allowed him to take on matters that span local and regional issues.
Davis earned certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer from the New Jersey Supreme Court. That credential signals courtroom experience and formal recognition of trial skills in New Jersey. He has maintained active bar memberships and professional ties. He belongs to the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
Over time his practice has centered on consumer law. He has handled litigation and other proceedings tied to consumer protection and related disputes. His work combines courtroom advocacy with case preparation and client counseling. He leads the Philadelphia office of the Davis Consumer Law Office, which serves as the firm’s headquarters in Pennsylvania. In that role he manages client intake, directs litigation strategy and supervises other lawyers in the office. The practice operates across state lines, drawing on his admissions in multiple jurisdictions to serve clients with claims that traverse state borders.
Outside the office he participates in professional organizations that shape consumer law practice. His memberships in national and state bar groups provide a forum for updates on litigation trends and regulatory shifts. He also uses those networks to stay current on developments in civil trial practice.
In the years since earning his J.D., Davis has built a steady practice anchored in courtroom work and consumer advocacy. He continues to head the Davis Consumer Law Office’s Philadelphia headquarters and concentrates on consumer law and litigation in his current practice.
