About Frank W.
Frank W. Piazza built his legal foundation through formal study and early courtroom experience. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of South Florida in 1987 and completed his legal studies at the University of Florida, receiving his J.D. in 1990. Those years set the stage for a career spent practicing law in Florida.
He began working in Florida legal circles soon after law school. In 1992 he joined Associates & Bruce L. Scheiner, gaining hands-on experience in a busy practice. By 1995 he had established his own firm, operating under his name. Two years later he formed Cervelli & Piazza, P.A., reflecting a period of partnership and practice development. In 2008 he took a position at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., and in 2014 he returned to practice under the Frank W. Piazza, P.A. banner.
Piazzas re9sume9 shows a mix of private practice and firm affiliations. He has run his own offices and worked within larger plaintiff-side firms. That movement between independent practice and firm environments has shaped how he manages cases today. It also exposed him to different client populations and case management styles.
Outside the office, Piazza has been active in both professional and civic organizations. He is a member of Florida Workers Advocates, a group he joined in 1992. Since 1994 he has been involved in public affairs work for the March of Dimes. He also holds membership in the National Italian-American Federation since 2010. Those affiliations reflect ongoing engagement with professional peers and with public-service organizations.
Piazza practices in Florida and maintains a main office in Naples. He also sees clients by appointment in Ft. Myers. Over the years his practice locations and firm affiliations have allowed him to serve clients across a broad geographic area in southwest Florida.
Colleagues and clients describe him as steady and practical in the way he handles matters. He has repeatedly returned to private practice, suggesting a preference for running his own office and shaping case strategy from intake to resolution. He continues to balance casework with involvement in community and professional groups, keeping one foot in practice and the other in public affairs.
He is admitted to practice law in Florida and currently operates Frank W. Piazza, P.A., from his Naples office, seeing Ft. Myers clients by appointment. His current practice focuses on workers compensation and related injury claims in Florida.
