About Frank

Frank Truncali took a nontraditional path to the law. He began his academic career studying history and secondary education, earning a B.A. from the College of Staten Island in 1997. He continued in the field, completing an M.A. in history at the University of Alabama in 1999. After several years, he returned to formal study and obtained a J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2015.

After law school, Truncali built a private practice in Alabama. In 2018 he opened his own office, operating under the name Frank Truncali-Lawyer at Law. The move to a solo practice followed several years of professional development that included bar association involvement and client work in the state. He is licensed to practice in Alabama and has maintained an active presence in local legal circles since establishing his firm.

Truncali belongs to the American Bar Association, joining in 2017. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, a relationship he began in 2018 and continues today. Those memberships have allowed him to participate in the professional community and stay current with developments that affect practice in Alabama courts and administrative forums.

Colleagues describe Truncali as methodical and straightforward in his approach. He has structured his practice to serve individual clients and small entities, handling matters that commonly arise in state practice. He frames legal problems in clear terms for clients and emphasizes practical solutions tailored to the facts at hand. His background in history and education informs the way he organizes factual narratives and communicates them in written and oral settings.

Clients who choose a smaller firm often cite responsiveness and continuity as reasons for doing so. Truncali has positioned his office to provide direct access to counsel and to manage cases from intake through resolution. He balances casework with bar activities and the administrative duties of running a solo firm. He maintains an active practice in Alabama.

He currently focuses his practice on providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Alabama.
