About Hayden Glass
Hayden Glass Sizemore built a career that moves between public safety and private practice. He holds a J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, Faulkner University (J.D. (2020)), a Master of Science from Auburn University at Montgomery (M.S. (2013)) in Justice and Public Safety, and bachelor’s degrees from Faulkner University (B.S. (2011), Criminal Justice) and Troy University–Troy Campus (B.S. (2022), Interdisciplinary Studies).
Before entering law, Sizemore worked on the front lines of public safety. He began as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians in 2007. He later served as a dispatcher with the Escambia County (Ala.) Sheriff’s Department in 2010 and worked as a classification specialist for the Alabama Department of Corrections in 2011. Those early positions exposed him to correctional systems and criminal process from multiple angles.
After completing law school, Sizemore opened his first solo practice in 2020 under the name HAYDEN G SIZEMORE ATTORNEY AT LAW LLC. He then took a position of counsel at Beasley Allen in 2021, gaining exposure to a larger firm environment. In 2022 he joined Barfoot & Schoettker LLC as an associate, where he worked until returning to solo practice in 2024. His most recent firm listing is Hayden G. Sizemore, Lawyer at Law, LLC, a solo practice established in 2024.
Sizemore is admitted to practice in Alabama and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He holds certification as a Guardian ad Litem from the Alabama Office of Administrative Courts. He is a member of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (2020–present) and has been an associate member of the American Inns of Court since 2019.
Those memberships reflect the shape of his work: criminal defense and related matters. His background in dispatch and corrections informs how he evaluates evidence, and his time at larger firms added courtroom and case-management experience. He has handled matters at different stages, from intake and investigation to appearances in federal and state court.
Colleagues and clients see a practitioner who blends practical corrections experience with courtroom training. Sizemore’s practice touches criminal defense and administrative aspects tied to public safety. He maintains his solo office and carries cases in Alabama and the Middle District of Alabama. His current practice concentrates on criminal defense and related civil matters.
