About Frank
Frank Santomauro is a Pennsylvania lawyer whose legal career spans more than three decades. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Villanova University in 1989 and received his J.D. from the District of Columbia School of Law in 1992. Those early academic years laid a conventional foundation for a practice rooted in regional courts and client service.
Fresh out of law school in 1992, Santomauro entered private practice as an associate. He worked at the Law Offices of Brian J. Cali, Esquire and was associated with the Law Offices of Cali, Cecchini & Riccardo. Those formative positions involved day-to-day client work and courtroom duties typical of small firm practice. He moved through the associate ranks and gained practical exposure to the operations of trial counsel and firm life.
By 1996 Santomauro had taken on an ownership and management role. Since that year he has served as the owner and managing member of the Law Offices of Frank J. Santomauro, L.L.C. Running his own firm required shifting from file-level tasks to overseeing administrative, staffing and strategic decisions. That transition made him responsible for both client representation and the business side of a law practice.
Over the years his work has been concentrated in Pennsylvania. Today Santomauro remains based in Pennsylvania, running the Law Offices of Frank J. Santomauro, L.L.C. He currently concentrates his practice on client matters in Pennsylvania, handling litigation and transactional work at the state level.
