About Frank Anthony
Frank Anthony Santini built a path to litigation from an uncommon academic pairing: economics and theology, followed by law and business. He completed a B.A. in economics and theology at Muhlenberg College in 2003. Two years later he earned both a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Stetson University College of Law, the MBA awarded summa cum laude.
Early in his legal career Santini spent time in federal court. In 2007 he worked in the chambers of Judge Susan Bucklew at the United States District Court. That experience gave him regular exposure to pretrial procedure and the mechanics of federal litigation.
By 2008 he had moved into private practice at Trenam, Kemker, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A., where he served as co-chair of a practice group. He spent several years in firm-based litigation, taking on discovery, motion practice and jury preparation. In 2017 he left that environment and became managing shareholder of The Frank Santini Law Office. He also operates the Santini Wrongful Death Law Office.
Santini holds bar admissions in both New Jersey and Florida. He has maintained professional memberships through the American Bar Association since 2009 and participates in the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. Locally, he served as a firm liaison to the St. Petersburg Bar Association and was involved in founding the Downtown St. Petersburg Toastmasters chapter.
His continuing education includes a certification in Cybersecurity Leadership & Strategy from Florida International University. That credential appears alongside years of courtroom work and firm management, signaling an interest in the operational side of modern practice as well as courtroom advocacy.
Colleagues describe Santini as a lawyer who moves comfortably between courtroom demands and the administrative duties of running an office. He has handled cases that require attention to both factual detail and procedural timing. The offices under his name emphasize wrongful death and serious personal-injury work, and his practice has reflected those priorities.
He now maintains offices under the Santini Wrongful Death Law Office and The Frank Santini Law Office and continues to represent clients in civil litigation. He currently focuses his practice on wrongful death and related civil litigation.
