About Francesca
Francesca Kenney completed her legal education at Florida A&M University College of Law, earning her J.D. in 2021 after finishing her undergraduate degree in 2019 at Kings College. She entered law school after gaining early exposure to legal work and left with a solid grounding in the practical and doctrinal sides of the law. The sequence of degrees and early work experience positioned her to move quickly into professional roles in Florida.
Her first professional role in the legal field came in 2019, when she worked as a paralegal at Boomershine Law. That experience placed her inside a functioning law office during the period she was completing her undergraduate studies and then law school. The paralegal role gave her direct contact with case preparation, client communication and office procedures—skills she would carry forward as she transitioned to practicing law.
After earning her J.D., Kenney joined Bogin, Munns & Munns, taking an Of Counsel position in 2022. In that role she practiced in Florida and contributed to the firm’s handling of client matters. Her responsibilities at the firm have included research, drafting and strategic case planning. Colleagues describe her as someone who moves comfortably between written advocacy and the day-to-day demands of client work.
Kenney maintains current memberships in professional organizations. She is licensed to practice in Florida and has built a practice that reflects both her classroom training and hands-on paralegal experience. She has spent the early part of her career building procedural knowledge and courtroom familiarity while also advising clients and managing the practical aspects of litigation and transactional work.
Observers note that her background—an accelerated path from undergraduate study to law school to an Of Counsel role—has given her an unusual combination of early practical experience and formal legal training. She works in a firm environment that handles a range of matters for clients in the state. Her colleagues point to her steady presence in client meetings and her willingness to take on detailed legal work.
She is based at Bogin, Munns & Munns and practices law in Florida. Her current practice covers the kinds of matters handled by Bogin, Munns & Munns in the state of Florida.
