About Frances
Frances Lynch is a dedicated trial attorney specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. In 2002, she co-founded Bache & Lynch, a law firm committed to serving clients throughout Southern Arizona. The firm operates from three strategic locations: Oro Valley, Tucson, and Nogales. This accessibility allows Ms. Lynch to effectively represent clients in various communities, ensuring they receive the legal support they need. Ms. Lynch earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E — Rogers College of Law in 1988.
During her time there, she served as a Note Editor for the Arizona Law Review, showcasing her commitment to legal scholarship and writing. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities in 1985. This strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for her successful legal career. Admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1988, Ms. Lynch expanded her legal credentials by joining the Colorado State Bar in 1989. Her qualifications also include admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Oregon Supreme Court.
In 2025, she achieved recognition as a Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Certified Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. This certification reflects her extensive knowledge and expertise in these critical areas of law, further establishing her reputation in the legal community. Beyond her practice, Ms. Lynch has made significant contributions to legal education and literature. She taught Media Law at the University of Arizona's School of Journalism, sharing her insights with aspiring journalists. In 1995, she authored "Draw The Line: Guide to a Sexual Harassment Free Workplace" (Oasis Press), which has served as a valuable resource for employers and employees alike. Her writing extends to various publications, including "World of Criminal Justice" (2001), "Encyclopedia of Everyday Law" (2002), "Notable Black American Women" (2002), and "West’s Encyclopedia of American Law" (2004).
Active in professional organizations, Ms. Lynch is a member of the American Association for Justice, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona State Bar, Pima County Bar Association, and Western Trial Lawyers Association. Her involvement in these associations shows her commitment to advocating for justice and improving the legal profession.
