About Farsheed

Farsheed Fozouni took a steady path into the practice of law, beginning with a degree in international relations and ending up in a Texas courtroom. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Austin College in 2010. He then attended SMU Dedman School of Law and received his J.D. in 2015.

After law school, Fozouni moved into firm practice. He joined Baron & Budd as an associate in 2016. That early role exposed him to the day-to-day demands of litigation practice and firm workflow. Two years later he took a more senior role at Thompson, Coe, Cousins, & Irons, L.L.P., where he served as a senior lawyer beginning in 2018. He joined Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann as an associate in 2021, where he continues to work.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and attentive to client needs. He has handled matters across several firms, which gave him a range of procedural and substantive exposure. He has experience drafting motions, taking depositions, and managing document review projects. He also has worked alongside teams on trial preparation and settlement negotiations.

Fozouni’s educational background in international relations informs the way he approaches complex facts. That undergraduate training encouraged attention to the larger context around disputes, while his law school work supplied the doctrinal tools he uses in litigation. He marries those strands to manage projects that often require both detailed legal analysis and an eye for practical resolution.

Professionally, he is licensed to practice in Texas. His career reflects steady advancement through roles of increasing responsibility at established Texas firms. He has occupied both associate and senior lawyer positions, taking on tasks that span client counseling, discovery strategies, and courtroom filings.

Outside of firm files, Fozouni has been involved in professional associations since 2015. He maintains ties to the legal community and participates in activities that keep him current on developments in Texas law and procedure.

Today he is an associate at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann. He practices law in Texas and focuses on litigation matters for the firm.
