About Fabian
Fabian Zazueta built his legal foundation in Arizona. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona before completing a J.D. at Arizona Summit Law School. Those degrees set the stage for a career spent mostly in state practice and federal courts that serve the western United States.
He entered private practice as an associate at Wilenchik & Bartness, PC in 2015. That early period gave him hands-on experience in a firm environment and exposure to courtroom procedure. In 2018 he joined Zazueta & Broadbent, PLLC as a partner. He later established his own office under the name Zazueta Law, PLLC, where he continues to maintain an active practice.
Zazueta is admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and he is licensed in the state of Arizona. He holds a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer certification from the Arizona Department of Insurance. He is a current member of the State Bar of Arizona and belongs to an Inn of Court, organizations that keep him connected to local bar developments and courtroom practice.
Those admissions and certifications shape how he approaches matters. The insurance producer credential allows him to advise clients on issues that intersect insurance products and coverage. Admission to appellate and high federal courts means he has the standing to take cases beyond trial-level forums when a matter requires it.
Colleagues describe Zazueta as methodical in preparing for hearings and persistent in pursuing procedural remedies. He balances time in court with efforts behind the scenes—drafting pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel and reviewing policy language where coverage questions arise. He has handled matters that required coordination across different court levels and across regulatory considerations tied to insurance practice.
Outside the office he stays involved in bar activities and the local legal community through his Inn of Court membership. He maintains his licensure and the insurance certification required to operate in Arizona. His current practice focuses on insurance-related matters and cases in Arizona and federal courts.
