About Ezinne Grace

Ezinne Grace Okorocha earned an LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2020. She completed graduate legal study after earlier law training, joining a wave of lawyers who sought an advanced degree to deepen their understanding of U.S. law. The LL.M. program sharpened her research and writing skills and gave her extended exposure to complex transactional and litigation topics.

After finishing the LL.M., Okorocha moved into practice in Missouri. In 2022 she joined Stange Law Office, PC as a junior associate. The role placed her on teams handling a mix of client matters, where she split time between case preparation, drafting documents, and courtroom filings. Her work as a junior associate has involved routine appearances in court and steady contact with clients at various stages of their cases.

Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She breaks a problem into manageable parts and tracks the details. Case files, discovery schedules and brief deadlines form the backbone of daily work. She has focused on developing the practical skills that sustain litigation teams: legal research, motion drafting, witness preparation and negotiating procedural issues.

Okorocha’s training at University of Houston appears to inform the way she approaches legal questions. Graduate-level coursework sharpened her ability to analyze precedent and distill complex rules into usable strategies. That skill set has proved useful in a practice environment where clear writing and concise argument often determine early outcomes in litigation and settlements.

Her transition from academic study to firm practice has been steady rather than sudden. The junior associate role gave her responsibility on smaller matters and a hand in larger ones. It also provided on-the-job exposure to client counseling, file management and collaborative lawyering. She has worked alongside more senior attorneys on trial preparation and has taken primary responsibility for drafting pleadings and discovery in several files.

As of 2026 she continues at Stange Law Office, PC and is licensed to practice in Missouri. She maintains a practice centered on the types of litigation and client services typical of her firm, handling drafting, research and courtroom-related tasks as part of the firm’s team.
