About Evan
Evan Zucker built a path to law that began in the visual arts. He earned an associate degree in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology, then completed a bachelor’s degree in integrated studies at Marist College. He finished his legal education at New York Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2013.
After law school, Zucker established himself in New York. He is admitted to practice in the state and has been involved in the Orange County legal community since at least 2014, when he joined the Orange County Bar Association. He maintains membership there and participates in local bar activities that connect lawyers to county courts and civic institutions.
Zucker’s early training in photography and interdisciplinary studies informs the way he approaches cases. He describes evidence and factual detail in precise terms and pays attention to presentation. That background gives him a different perspective when preparing documents, examining records, and explaining complex matters to clients. Colleagues say he applies a methodical stance to casework and to the procedural demands of courtroom practice.
He practices from Zucker Law Offices, P.C., where he handles the day-to-day responsibilities of running a small firm. His practice involves representing clients in matters that arise under New York law and engaging with the local court system. He also manages client intake, drafting, and litigation preparation; those tasks occupy much of his calendar. His work at the firm is grounded in the practical needs of individuals and businesses who seek counsel and representation in state settings.
In the years since earning his law degree, Zucker has kept active in the professional community while developing his practice. He continues to maintain his law office operations in New York and to work directly with clients on matters in state courts. He currently focuses his practice on representing clients in New York state matters and providing counsel on civil legal issues.
