About Eugene

Eugene Glouzgal earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2012 after completing undergraduate studies in Justice and Law Administration at Western Connecticut State University. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2009, having begun that program in 2006. Those formative years combined classroom study and practical legal training that set the stage for a career practicing in Connecticut.

After law school Glouzgal began practicing in Connecticut. He joined the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association in 2013, and he added membership in the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association in 2015. Those affiliations have placed him in regular contact with peers across the state and the nation and given him access to continuing education and professional resources.

Glouzgal is an attorney at Glouzgal Ramos Groth LLP. His name appears on firm materials associated with the firm’s offices. He has moved from classroom into courtroom and conference-room work, handling the everyday demands of practice and the longer arcs of client matters. Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic in firm settings, managing files and client expectations with a focus on clear communication and procedural detail.

Beyond day-to-day practice, Glouzgal’s association memberships indicate ongoing engagement with trial practice and the broader legal community. The Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association gathers lawyers who litigate cases for individuals and businesses, while membership in the larger bar organizations keeps him connected to shifts in rules and legal education. He has remained active in those groups since joining, attending programs and networking with other attorneys in Connecticut.

Students and newer lawyers often cross paths with attorneys who took similar routes: a local undergraduate degree, a regional law school and then practice in the state where they trained. Glouzgal’s path follows that pattern. He returned to Connecticut after law school and has built a practice in the state’s courts and administrative forums.

He continues to work at Glouzgal Ramos Groth LLP and to carry a Connecticut practice. His current work is centered on matters handled through the firm in Connecticut.
