About Erin
Erin Morse earned her law degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2015. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she earned a B.S. in Legal Studies in 2012. Before that she studied at Daytona State College, earning an A.A. in Legal Assistant/Paralegal in 2009, and she holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cape Cod Community College from 2007. Those academic stops reflect a steady progression into the practice of law, beginning with paralegal training and moving through formal legal education.
Her early professional years began at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck. She served as a law clerk there in 2015 and took on the role of associate lawyer at the same firm in 2016. Later that year she assumed the title of managing partner at Meglino Morse Law. By 2017 she was listed as a lawyer at the Law Office of Erin Morse. The sequence shows a quick climb through typical junior lawyer roles to positions carrying management responsibilities.
Across those roles she handled responsibilities common to small-firm and mid-size practice settings. Her background includes tasks associated with law clerk work and associate duties, as well as the administrative and supervisory obligations that come with managing a firm. She also maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Those affiliations place her in regular contact with peers and local legal programming in the Orlando area.
Morse is licensed to practice in Florida and maintains an office in Orlando. Her career path reflects a combination of practice and firm leadership over the last decade. The work that followed law school moved from supporting roles into front-line lawyer responsibilities and management. She continues to be active in local bar groups and professional circles that serve Central Florida.
Based in Orlando, she operates under the Law Office of Erin Morse and serves clients throughout Florida. Her current practice centers on representing individuals and entities from her Orlando office and serving their legal needs across the state.
