About Erin Diesel
Erin Diesel Roumayah built her academic foundation at the University of Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She went on to study law at Wayne State University Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor before beginning her professional career in Michigan.
Roumayah entered practice in 2008 when she joined Trott & Trott, P.C. as a lawyer. Early in her career she handled the day-to-day demands of client representation, courtroom preparation and the procedural work that keeps cases moving. That period provided sustained exposure to litigation processes and client counseling in the state courts where she is licensed to practice.
Over time Roumayah expanded her practice and moved into roles that required deeper responsibility for case strategy and client communication. Colleagues describe her as steady under pressure and precise in document preparation. She has experience guiding matters from initial intake through hearings and other judicial events. Her work has required coordination with clients, other attorneys, and court personnel across Michigan.
Roumayah’s background combines the theoretical training of law school with years of practical courtroom and office experience.
