About Erin
Erin Blower is a family law attorney based in Seattle, Washington, specializing in divorce, custody, and domestic violence cases. She joined McKinley Irvin in 2019, bringing over 12 years of experience to the firm. At McKinley Irvin, she focuses on divorce, custody, and other family law matters, including complex, high-asset dissolution cases. Ms. Blower earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2012 and is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Blower is dedicated to community service. She serves as the secretary of the DOVE Project, a domestic violence resource organization on Vashon Island.
She has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Family Law since 2025. Before joining McKinley Irvin, Ms. Blower worked as an associate attorney at Reed Longyear Malnati & Ahrens PLLC from 2013 to 2019. She also served as a law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Hennepin County District Court in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Ms.
Blower is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association's Family Law Section. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Family Law since 2025.
