About Eric

Eric Sandoval built his academic foundation in the Mountain West. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Mesa State College in 2013 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2016. Those years framed an early interest in regional legal issues and public service, and they preceded his move into practice in Colorado.

Sandoval began his post-law school career in settings that emphasized client contact and practical case work. In 2019 he took a staff lawyer position at Alpine Legal Services. In that role he handled matters typical of an institutional legal team, working directly with clients, conducting legal research and contributing to case management. The position offered steady courtroom exposure and an introduction to the procedural demands of Colorado practice.

Two years later he joined Wright Law Aspen as an associate lawyer. That move shifted him into private practice in the Aspen area, where he has practiced since 2021. His time at the firm has coincided with membership in local bar organizations. He has been a member of the Pitkin County Bar Association since 2019 and joined the 9th Judicial District Bar Association in 2021. Those affiliations reflect a focus on staying connected to regional courts and colleagues.

Sandoval is admitted to practice in Colorado. His career path shows experience in both institutional and firm settings, and it has involved the practical tasks that define daily legal work: client interviews, drafting pleadings, and preparation for hearings. He approaches cases with an emphasis on clear communication and careful preparation. Colleagues describe him as methodical in assembling facts and conscientious about meeting procedural deadlines.

Outside the office he has maintained ties to the professional community through bar association involvement. He participates in district and county bar activities that center on continuing legal education and local court matters. Those activities keep him attuned to changes in Colorado practice and to the administrative aspects of litigation in the region.

He is currently an associate at Wright Law Aspen in Aspen, Colorado. His current practice handles legal matters for clients in Colorado.
